Recently on a trip to visit M-in-L in Ballarat, had us viewing the Begonias in full bloom. Ballarat holds an annual Begonia Festival and this year’s flowers were amazing.

Blooms in hot bright colours …
Blooms as large as dinner plates …
The display was breath-taking …
The colours were glorious, and if you ever get the chance, drop into the Ballarat Begonia Festival in March each year, or during April – the flowers last so well.
I wonder what patchwork quilts could come from these vibrant bright colours …..
